DOS CONGRESS 2023

Falkoner Scandic, Copenhagen. 15. november – 17. november 2023

  • The exhibition is sold as floor space only. Price per square meter is DKK 5.000 excl. VAT until 15 th July 2023 (early bird), after this date the price is DKK 6.000 per square meter. The minimum stand size is 4 m2 and minimum rental fee is DKK 20.000 excl. VAT, after 15 th July 2023 DKK 24.000. The recommended minimum size is 6 m2. The exhibition is sold as floor space only. The prices includes power supply. If you require any additional electricity or exhibition items (furniture, light, AV, flowers etc.) please contact Scandic Falkoner.

  • We cannot guarantee a desired area, but we will try to plan according to the wishes.Open floor plan
  • Early price on badges is DKK. 2.500,00 after 15 July the price is DKK. 3.000,00. All participants and exhibitors are requested to wear their badge visible during the congress.
  • All advertisments must be approved by DOS secretariat.
    The DOS Bulletin will be distributed to all DOS Members 3 weeks prior to the congress. All advertisements must be approved by DOS secretariat.

  • All participants are required to wear their badge throughout the entire congress. All costs for name badges, lanyards, print and delivery are included.
