7th Scandinavian and Singaporean Hand Surgery Congress will be taking place in Tallinn, Estonia on 21.-24. August 2019 and we would like to invite You all to participate.

Over the course of 4 days, a broad spectrum of topics will be discussed, as there will be 2 sessions running in parallel with one targeting surgeons, the other hand therapists as the audience. There is going to be a pre-congress session on WALANT (Wide Awake, Local Anaesthesia, No Tourniquet) surgery in 21.08 led by dr. Donald Lalonde. We are also proud to announce prof. Teoh Lam Chuan will hold the Moberg lecture on the topic of personal case studies of long term results of upper limb microsurgical reconstruction.

We have invited well known specialists in their fields to present their experience. The final list of faculty as well as the final programme will be announced soon. Meanwhile, we suggest to see our webpage www.sssh2019.ee.

Before the congress itself, 19-20.08, the Finnish Society for the Surgery of the Hand is organising a wrist arthroscopy course in Tampere Surgical Education Center, just a short trip away from Tallinn. Please refer to the documents attached to this email.
