DOS CONGRESS 2021

18.- 20. November, 2021. Hotel Scandic Falkoner, Copenhagen

  • The exhibition is sold as floor space only. Price per square meter is DKK 4.000 excl. VAT until 15 May 2021(early bird), after this date the price is DKK 4.500 per square meter. The minimum stand size is 4 m2 (this size does not include an exhibition registration) and minimum rental fee is DKK 16.000 excl. VAT, after 15 May 2021 DKK 18.000. The recommended minimum size is 6 m2. The stand rental includes: Floor space and 1 Exhibitor badge per 6 m2. The exhibition is sold as floor space only. There will be an extra 695 DKK etc. VAT charge for standard electricity pr. day pr stand. If you require any additional electricity or exhibition items (furniture, light, AV, flowers etc.) please contact us.
  • We cannot guarantee a desired area, but we will try to plan according to the wishes. Open floor plan

  • All advertisments must be approved by DOS secretariat.
    The DOS Bulletin will be distributed to all DOS Members 3 weeks prior to the congress. All advertisements must be approved by DOS secretariat.

  • All participants are required to wear their badge throughout the entire congress. All costs for name badges, lanyards, print and delivery are included.
