Nordic Orthopaedic Federation

Göran Bauer’s grant – the return of 1.000.000 DKK, app 70.000 DKK – is annually given to members of NOF. The purposes of the grant are to support study tours to orthopaedic institutions as a part of a scientific project, and to sponsor scientific meetings. In both instances the work should be aiming at a publication in Acta Orthopaedica. The application should be e-mailed to:

The application, in English, must include the following headings: Introduction, research plan or work plan, an outline of the budget, and a short CV.
The grant application must be sent electronically, attached as a Word file, and it must not exceed 10.000 characters (including spaces), preferably less, applications longer than 10.000 characters will be truncated.
