Milan is hosting the XXVI Congress of the European Society for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (SECEC/ESSSE); same year and same city of the World Expo.

It is a unique opportunity to experience science, Italian flavour and a little taste of the entire world that will gather in one single place.

Science is, of course, the primary attraction for us. The SECEC/ESSSE Congress became through the decades one of the most relevant international events in our field: submissions and participants from all over the world are proving this statement very solidly.

The best researchers will be able to display their hard work to the most qualified audience and to share their experience with highly qualified Colleagues.

On the other hand Milan is the “fashion city” with many local attractions and it is easily reachable with its three airports and high speed train connections. Furthermore, it is close to the many beauties of Italy, allowing pre- or post- Congress unforgettable trips.

Finally, the World Expo will give us a special chance to strengthen the international feeling of the SECEC Congress by experiencing a visit to the Expo area where Countries from all around the globe will bring and show their most charming aspects.
